What is the SUM Surcharge-Free Program?
This program will allow our customers to gain access to their accounts anywhere across the country without being charged a fee at participating NYCE ATMs. Every time that a customer inserts their debit card to check on their balance, transfer money, or withdrawal money from their account they won't be charged a fee.
Who can use the SUM Surcharge-Free Program?
Any customers that have an account with Magnolia State Bank has the ability to access the network of NYCE ATMs that take part in the SUM Surcharge-Free Program.
Are there any fees that are associated with the SUM Surcharge-Free Program?
When you use a NYCE ATM that's a part of the SUM Surcharge-Free Program you won't get charged a fee to use that ATM. The way to tell if an ATM is a part of the SUM Surcharge-Free Program is if there is a decal displaying the SUM logo on the ATM.
Where can I use the SUM Surcharge-Free Program?
If an establishment has a NYCE ATM that displays a decal with the SUM logo on the ATM, then that location is a part of the SUM Surcharge-Free Program.
